Contributors Logos

All people who contribute to the project, supply information as part of their contribution. The guidelines require both a photograph and company logo to be supplied. The copyright of these images are owned by the respective contributors.

We have explicit permission to use their imagery and in no way should any website user collect, store or use these images without permission of the copyright holder.

Introductory Images

The images or pictures that are used to introduce a feature are sourced either from the contributor or have been sourced and licensed from a stock photography library. These images are protected by copyright and should not be taken from this website.

The Authors’ Feature

The individual features are supplied to Top10Tips.co.uk on an exclusive license and the copyright remains with the author. The exclusive license ensures that material is only available to Top10Tips.co.uk. This means that the material must not be copied. Our aim is to encourage website visitors to link to the material.

Our aim is to create a publication with unique material from specialist practitioners. We are able to re-license the material to other publishers on request. We will only license material if we feel it provides positive marketing exposure to the authors who have contributed to the project.

Logos from Social Networking websites

On the basis that we are members of various social networking websites, we may either use the website logo to link on to the pages we have created on the social network. We are using both Facebook and Twitter. We are in no way associated in any way to these website other than we have joined as members of their networks.

If you feel that this type of usage is inappropriate and in someway breaches copyright please inform us and we will respond accordingly.

Our policy on using logos in this way, pushes people to the social networking services. We feel we are adding to the social networking movement and we will not accept liability for using copyrighted or trademarked material.

If you are a service provider and you feel we are in some way damaging your brand, please contact us and we will quite happily stop using your service and consider removing support of your network.

Top10Tips Logo

The Top10Tips logo is available for Authors to use to communicate the project message. We are keen for supporters to use our logo to promote activity on the website, but we will not take kindly to any use that damages or slanders the website, the publication and the people who have contributed so much already.
